PETRA QUICK - POLICE
The situation regarding Petra QUICK has not yet progressed. The Economic Crime Service has not yet commented on whether they have initiated criminal proceedings against Petra QUICK for the crimes of fraud, embezzlement, and falsification of accounts.
The police are investigating over 1,000 documents, email correspondence, and contacts with hundreds of witnesses.
What is certain is that Petra lied to Swedish authorities and they, in order to avoid a judicial scandal, resort to practices such as theft of documents from files, theft of a lawsuit against Sweden to the International Court (the sending was thwarted), Swedish justice blocks interrogations of dozens of witnesses, including all family members.
Control bodies are completely failing, refusing to respond to requests for control and refusing to provide any justification.
Sweden has thus resorted to practices known from totalitarian countries.
Currently, it is crucial to charge Petra QUICK with criminal activity committed in her company, Poradna pro osobní bankrot s.r.o., and for abuse of social support in the form of unauthorized reimbursement of health insurance.
James QUICK resigned from the association ADAM QUICK HOCKEY TEAM z.s, as he found out that PETRA QUICK and her mother still hold the association's assets from 2021, they caused debts of over 100,000 CZK to the association, and because Petra kept accounting records in light of the circumstances found in the PORADNA PRO OSOBNÍ BANKROT company, there can be her no trust.
The association is obliged to declare bankruptcy through statutory bodies registered in the Commercial Register, namely Petra QUICK and Jana Štočková.
